Dentist and Coronavirus

A Message From Dr. Khanna About Coronavirus

Dear Patients,

The safety of our patients and staff are of the utmost importance to Bethesda Family Smiles. As we continue to navigate the challenges and effects of COVID-19 we wanted to inform you of the changes we are implementing at our office according to the American Dental Association’s (ADA) and the Maryland State Dental Association’s guidelines.

We are rescheduling all non-urgent dental treatment until further notice. Since the situation is fluid, we are not providing a reopen date but we will keep all our patients updated once the restrictions are lifted. We will be in contact with all cancelled patients and accommodate you as soon as it is safe to resume routine dental care appointments.

At this time, we will only be available for true dental emergencies (if you are experiencing pain and great discomfort). Please call the office (301-530-0700) if you need to see the doctor or if you have a question regarding your dental health. We will respond and schedule an appointment, if needed, as soon as possible.

We ask all our patients to remain at home if you are not feeling well or exhibiting any symptoms described by the CDC as infectious or questionable.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We hope that you and your families remain safe and healthy.

Dr. Khanna
